Wonderful – I admire you! Thanks for posting all the details.

In the 80’s I lived in a private office for two years and loved it. Last year I bought a new van and converted it for stealth living but my partner still prefers a home to a storage unit so we presently are just using it for travel.

P.S. An alternative I prefer to gym membership (which I did while living in the office) is slip rental at a moorage. A kayak can be kept for a minimal monthly fee and used all year, at least where I live. Showers and laundry are included in the price (sometimes a pool too) and it is a healthy and friendly place to hang out.

Thank you, Marina. Your story is much more common than folks prefer to admit. And your moorage suggestion is great! Thank you for sharing!
